[BUG] BioSimSpace.FreeEnergy.engines() doesn't report AMBER as an option

I've forgotten to add AMBER to the list of engines reported by BioSimSpace.FreeEnergy.engines(). This is needed for nodes that wish to display the supported engines via a dropdown or CLI help.
