No popup when issue certificate batch in admin.opencerts.io

Seemed to be some issues with metamask after it is upgraded to 6.4.0 / 6.4.1 since last thursday. There was no popup and can't issue certificate. Occasionally managed to get the popup but most of the time, there were no popup.

We can't seem to reproduce this, are you still experiencing this?
If you are could you furnish more details on your browser and perhaps any errors that show up in the browser console
it is on Chrome Version 74.0.3729.131, metamask 6.4.1
