Investigate functionality of DFlowFMTimeSeries

The old .ext file of D-Flow FM will not be supported in future versions of D-Flow FM.
The OpenDA java class DFlowFMTimeSeries uses this old .ext file in order to find .tim and .cmp files, but possibly more.
It needs to be investigated what other functionality is connected to the old .ext file, if any.
