input from keyboard is not recognized

Summary of issue
hello, I just updated openemu to the v2.4.1 on a MacBook M1 v 14.2.1 (Sonoma)
despite me allowing the tracking of keyboard inputs (see image) openemu keeps asking me to allow the tracking and if I try, for example, to start a game on the ds (desmume) or to directly play it.by the quiksaved file...no input is recorded and I'm just stuck.
tried to undo and re-do the permission several times, even to restart the pc but nothing worked
never had this problem before.
(i also tried to delete every trace of older openemu files but it didn't work either)
kidding! I solved the problem by:
deleting again all files related to open emu, the I clicked the 'minus' button on 'monitoraggio input. removing it also from there (not done before, I just assumed it would be deleted automatically and the fact that even pressing on '+' and selecting the new openemu and It still not working didn't help) then I re-installed everything and re-added open emu by clicking on +. now it's working
