OEO-SC infos on OEP are outdated

Description of the issue

The information about the OEO-SC steering committee on OEP are outdated.
The current members and moderation can be found on the oeo-sc etherpad.

Ideas of solution

• We should update the information. In advance, we should ask, whether the oeo-sc member want to appear on oep with their full name...!
• We should think about having a page for oef-sc as well...
