Specific checks

Adding -DCMAKE_CXX_FLAGS with multiple values with simple quotes may not work on windows
We are doing this in WorkspaceDevBuildWorker for removing warnings when compiling in dashboard
TOIMPL double check this part with windows (copyDirectoryContent())

Identified bugs

Delete of ware through DevStudio not possible when containing fragment
Pandoc not found even when installed
import ware with fragment crashes but at least partially working
