Current behavior in OpenFusion with beta-20100104 build:
The item inspection modal in (non-vendor) inventory UI is consistent with the one on the right hand side modals in the screenshots above, respectively.

(Appears to be an Adventure build. The UI might have changed slightly on the client side in the Academy update.)

Confirmed that the difference in UI on the right hand side in the Academy is a client-side change in the Academy builds and is unrelated to the time limit data not being transmitted in the vendor UI.
