Error Launching Unity Player: Invalid Unity Web File

Hi! I have a recurring bug where upon choosing a sever and loading in, I get the error, "Error Launching Unity Player" with more details under it. Clicking more details shows the message "Invalid Unity Web File". It occurs after I have closed the game two times, whether normally or through a crash (I get frequent crashes when going from fullscreen to windowed or vice versa).

I have been able to get around this by uninstalling the OpenFusion Client, deleting the cache, reinstalling OpenFusion, opening it once so it can create a new cache (will yield the same error), deleting the cache again, and then playing it. So far, this has been the ONLY way to resolve this bug and continue playing. Reinstalling Unity Web Player through the batch file does not have any effect on getting it to work again.

Since I can only close the game two times before I have to complete this whole process again, it would be helpful to have this issue resolved. Thank you.
