Centos 7 panel settings page issue

On a fresh install of Centos 7, following the Easy Installer guide, once everything is setup, simply accessing the Settings page of the Panel crashes the Panel. the typical crashed blank page with text menu appears and that's it, no error on screen, no error in the web server log, it just doesn't work.

I couldn't find the origin of the issue, after messing in my Centos virtual machine for a while.
