Theme settings ignored

Just installed the theme on latest panel version of OGP and every setting i change inside the theme settings is being ignored. Any background i select won't be selected and only the default blurry background is being disabled. Custom background also not being applied
How did you install the theme?
through the suggested way inside the panel at extra tab
It just works for me.
Idk if this is a host issue because i have the panel running on a webhost, always used revolution theme untill someone i know suggested using this theme and so far i like it but i wish i can get this issue solved
On a default Panel installation it works.
You probably have permission issues somewhere, check the web server error log.
Ye that is the problem, the host won't let me see error logs, i know its running php 7.0. Not sure if its the correct version but can change to 7.3 or lower if needed
check chmod permissions on conf folder (recursive).l
I tested it on 777 just to make sure it has all the rights it needs but without luck
whats the content of the folder conf?

Reuploaded Config Files and all Problems was solved.
