Registration errors are not displayed

When there is an error in the registration par example username is used or there is an empty input it doesn’t show up the errors it just redirects back to the registration form.
This only happens in SimpleBootstrap theme.
Also there are few bugs in changing the theme from Fire to Dark Clean par example it doesn’t take an effect.
Did you install the theme properly from the Extras page in Panel or was it a manual installation? Manual installation usually end up with improper file permission and creates errors.

Also changing theme from dark clean to fire par example does not work.
I think this is another issue, refresh your browser cache to obtain new files, or set your web server to resend all files all the time.
The registration issue I can reproduce so I guess this is an issue within the theme. When you register it refreshes the page to the registration form. can you have a look @oNdsen please ❤️

As for the issues with you unable to have it to work when changing theme option, I would say again to make sure you have refreshed the files in your browser, or configure your webserver properly, or install the theme properly.
