When you reduce the browser window width, at some point the left menu becomes a top navigation bar. Clicking it opens the menu, but there is no way to make it go back to previous state, it stays expanded and clicking the bar again does nothing.
Did not mention it in other issues I opened, but I use Firefox on Windows 7 if it make a difference.
