Convert geoblacklight.json records to schema v1.0

I harvested some records from this repository using GeoCombine, but found that they weren't indexed. It looks like because of this logic in the harvester, the records will be skipped, because geoblacklight_version is not specified. I think all the records in the repo are v0.5, but maybe we can convert them to v1.0?
