Large number of repeat `RetrospectiveEventAnalysis` for single `RetrospectiveEvent`

Somehow some of our RetrospectiveEvent objects in production have a large number of duplicate RetrospectiveEventAnalysis objects associated (see https://quantifiedflu.org/retrospective/public for live examples).
I'm not sure how this happened?
