Poseidon server connection issue

I'm trying to access the poseidon server by setting it up as follows, but it's failing.
I think I did the ragexe.exe parameter or poseidon.xml setting itself wrong, can anyone help me?

Additionally, like the poseidon server configuration guide, when I open clientinfo.xml in the data.grf file, I can't see much if I've done anything
