Description
The leetcode ranking page is showing users with zero rating above all others
Expected Behavior
Users with zero-rating should be at the bottom
Actual Behavior
Users with zero-ratings are shown at the top.
Possible Fix
Changing the logic of code should work
Context
Trying to check the ranking. This resulted in some ambiguity
