Map not showing on running the application

Hello All,

I have been following this tutorial:

https://platform.netbeans.org/tutorials/nbm-geospatial.html

I added all the packages, included the required JAR files, other external 
stuff. The project runs fine but I do not get the map, I just get a plain empty 
screen, however when I hover over the screen I do get the latitudes and 
longitudes.

Can someone please help?
