Item Selector fast graphics rendering issue

Using OpenPeripheralAddons 0.3.1
On a multiplayer server
I haven't tested on single-player, or updated versions yet
I removed optifine and fastcraft for the pictures below.

The Item Selector doesn't display flat items, like sticks, when using fast graphics option. They will all show sometimes, or all disappear, depending on your viewing angle/cursor movement.
