Missing functionality: community events

The SBT currently seems to have no support for community events, despite this functionality being in the API for at least Connections 4.5 and 5.0, though I haven't checked 4.0.
I'm now writing my own classes for this as I need it working in the next 4 days, but the SBT should be able to create, read, update, and delete community events and event instances.
@sjleis Remember this is an Open Source project, you're more than welcome to contribute any code that you think should be on SBT and that the rest of the community would benefit from 😃
@CarlosManias I may do that eventually, but I had not used GitHub for anything other than downloading existing code before starting the project I'm currently on, and lack the time to learn how to contribute code until this project and some of my other work is finished. I'll probably revisit this in January.
