Where to find the com.ibm.xsp.http

I'm missing the com.ibm.xsp.http.MimeMultipart class, do you know where to find it?

I found under the shared dir of Domino Designer:

C:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus\Notes\framework\shared\eclipse\plugins
com.ibm.xsp.core_8.5.3.20110915-2025\lwpd.xsp.core.jar
