Add support for virtual appliance resize in container images.

We need to test this with one 5.4.6 as an issue regarding this was solved here.

Not on 5.4.6, we need OpenNebula 5.4.7.
Basic algorithm:
if loop_device is beeing used:
- "losetup -c loopdev"
resize2fs "block"
