Spanish translation

Thanks to @barbaramaseda, there's work started on a Spanish translation of the Field Guide, and an /es/
directory to hold translated chapters.
If you'd like to take on translating a section of the Field Guide, that would be awesome! This ticket is a great place to claim a chapter so that people don't end up accidentally duplicating effort.
Thanks Ryan and everybody else contributing to the guide. It's a great resource. Looking forward to see it in use in Latin America/Spain.
I'm translating Chapter 1.
Happy to get in touch with other ppl about the translation.
Doing chapters 2 to 4 now.
I'll be translating chapters 5 and 6.
This is so great, thanks again @barbaramaseda! One request for you -- if you can add the .md
file extension to the end of those files, then GitHub can automatically format them for friendlier reading.
