create-gp4 tool missing from macOS installer

It looks like the create-gp4 compiled binary is missing from the macOS installer. Maybe it wasn't included? or it's an issue when running the installer on BigSur (11.6) on M1 arch?
Steps to reproduce:
- download
OpenOrbis.PS4.Toolchain.v0.5.1.pkg - install
- check
/opt/OpenOrbis-PS4-Toolchain/bin/macos, there's no create-gp4 binary there
Fix/Workaround:
- build the tool from sources
