During the first execution of the build in both APS SDK 1.x and 2.x the sdk is returning error due to the lack of license files in the propagated license folders.
Included in 2.1.8: https://github.com/OpenPj/alfresco-process-services-project-sdk/releases/tag/v2.1.8
