Give search loading feedback

So i know we have live search which works in most cases, but i've noticed on a fresh load, after searching a full word like "Fluence", i'm often met with a blank screen until a few seconds later it pops up

Is there a way we can add some loading icon, even if it's semi-fake like the page loading one, to key people in that "something is hapenning?"

I'm just thinking of the many people who may be looking for bounties this week as they fill out tax forms and such, just want them to at least have the illusion of search speed as we find a more permanent solution.
