Multiple errors in readme file

Readme suggests seeing the DOWNLOAD section for downloads... There are no downloads.
RUNNING IT sections has incorrect git repo in example (due to type). Should be:
https://github.com/OpenRakis/Cryogenic
BUILDING IT section is wrong. cd cryogenic should be replaced with cd cryogenic/src
