stop explicitly inviting people to fork OpenRefine

Following discussion in March 14th, 2024, Advisory Committee Only and following discussion in the forum, we want to stop inviting for new fork and distribution. We need to update the following

• our website Other distributions | OpenRefine
• the contributing.md file
• remove link to those pages and section.
