Diagnose load print refresh with auto scaling

Hi Teams,

Use CLI diagnose load with auto scaling profile does not "clean/print" all the process after a downscale.

    Process  6 load:  0%,  0%,  0% (SIP receiver udp:x.x.x.x:xxxx)
    Process  7 load: ??%, ??%, ??% (SIP receiver udp:x.x.x.x:xxxx)
    Process  8 load: ??%, ??%, ??% (SIP receiver udp:x.x.x.x:xxxx)
    Process  9 load: ??%, ??%, ??% (SIP receiver udp:x.x.x.x:xxxx)
    Process 10 load: ??%, ??%, ??% (SIP receiver udp:x.x.x.x:xxxx)
    Process 11 load: ??%, ??%, ??% (SIP receiver udp:x.x.x.x:xxxx)

But if you exit the diagnose mode and start it again, the refresh is fully working with a correct display.
