Control Panel 9.3.3 - Dynamic Routing Module - Carriers List Sorting & Use only first issues

Dear Team,

I am using Control Panel 9.3.3

On Dynamic Routing module --> on https://X.X.X.X/cp/tools/system/drouting/carriers.php when you edit a Carrier and change the "List Sorting" this change is saved correctly on the db but when you visit again the https://X.X.X.X/cp/tools/system/drouting/carriers.php on "List Sorting" it shows "none".

Also on the "Use only first" field if you change the value there, then is new value is not saved on the db.
