Create profiler documentation

There is no documentation for the profiler yet. It should be written soon.

I've added some documentation to https://github.com/OpenSWE1R/openswe1r/wiki/Debugging-Tips but it's far from being complete. It's also missing explanations for the "profile_encountered.py" script.
