To include: “open language”, i.e. how to communicate & evaluate research information in a way that takes into account the different language abilities of researchers/research-users around the world. eg certain types of vocabulary, grammatical structures, certain writing styles, using agreed sets of controlled vocabulary, not reviewing a paper as poor simply because it’s written by a non-native speaker of English, etc.
