Specify executable path for `rome`

Is there a way to specify the executable path for rome with arguments to this plugin? If not could this be added like it is for the carthage plugin? Thanks

From what I understand the path is already dynamic, resolved by binary_path in the cli arguments. Maybe @netbe knows more.
