Issue Description
Expected Behavior
I expect to view options to add a signature once i upload a document
Current Behavior
I keep getting the error: something went wrong

When installing on Digital Ocean did you enter values of all ENV variables? Try reinstalling again & make sure that you set values for all variables.

Everything seems fine after reinstallation. I'm having trouble configuring
the mail client. Can't seem to find the option in the settings. I have
attached a screenshot.

Can't see the screenshot.
You need to configure the email settings at the time of installation by setting the necessary smtp or mailgun parameters.

Thanks Andrew,
I have successfully set up a mailgun account and successfully configured
the app with mail-gun mail server settings. Kindly guide on any
additional settings
that are required on the digital ocean side.
