pubsub-2 subscribe parameter description's are incorrect

SPECIFICATION BUGS ONLY - Description

The current description of the subscribe parameters specifies the callback parameter as a string...
"callback String A callback function to be executed when the tab is selected. The callback function will not be called until after the existing callstack has completed execution."

This is obviously wrong. Fixing in the editorial rewrite.
