SPECIFICATION BUGS ONLY - Description

The existing "Gadget Lifecycle Events" described in the Core-Gadget spec are underspecified and leave much to be desired. I have detailed a refined alternative based on Activity Streams here: http://docs.opensocial.org/display/OSD/Improved+Application+Lifecycle+Events
