v0.5.4 inclusion - Fix home button in PS3 mode

Currently the home button does not work in Dinput mode on a PS3.

There is a lot of info kicking around on this topic.

This i being worked on by someone. We are going to roll out a 4th mode called PS3 with the fix due to how the magic bytes work.
