opentpcast use another router

hi and thank you for a grate software.i know this is not a issue but i dont know how to get the best
help in another way :). i am running linux(gentoo) and manage to get openTPCast up and running
with the router that came with the tpcast but like to try to use my Asus RT-AC68U with it . at the first , i did try to change the SSID and Passphrase at http://tpcast.local but i ended up not finding my tpcast any more
and had to reinstall the image again.am i way off here?.
