Still getting RAWR on fw updates - needs the delay and recheck after pause

I increased the timeout to 60 seconds and moved where I start scanning to reconnect during ota to prevent it from stopping early

So there is now no RAWR which is good. But it doesnt reconnect after the update is done, and if you do it manually it still says you need an update. So something about your checking isnt working
