What happened?
Site can't be reached for few days from my location, but can reach it from VPN. This afflicts also inability to background fetch script libraries on new installs and updates,.
As a side note the site also suffers in long term with bullying source requests rate limits. On update of a script using 5 and more requires hosted at OpenUserJS synced on more browsers it's easy to exceed the hourly limit, inducing long script's inavailability in some instances.

Routing problem I'd say?

Then that would mean your location has been banned for bad acting by the system. I would suggest that you do a major malware scan of your network (including .user.js).

Routing problem I'd say?
Currently we are in lockdown for more than 3 digits worth of bad actors constantly downloading source... and if you can't reach us directly your network is part of the issue.
