Update QGIS installation documentation

The QGIS installation documentation needs to be reworked to reflect experience gained and be consistent with GeoProcessor developer documentation. The documentation also needs to focus more on standalone installers, which are preferred to OSGeo4W install due to ability to have multiple versioned installations.
