The GeoProcessor needs to be deployed to work with QGIS in an operational setting. QGIS may be installed as the OSGeo4W suite or standalone and the Learn QGIS documentation needs to be updated to include standalone installation.

I updated the documentation to describe stand-alone installation for QGIS 3.4.3. Close this issue.
