Unmaintained - Looking for new Maintainer

This Repository is unmaintained right now and we are looking for a new maintainer. If you would like to maintain this, please contact me.
While I have limited python skills, I like to think of my self as a reasonably proficient developer. I would like to throw my hat into the ring to potentially be a co-maintainer (not sure if I'm up for the time commitment of being sole maintainer)
Well - There is no "other maintainer" so by default you end up as the sole maintainer for now.
If you want to post a few PR's and they are sensible, I'm ok to give you permissions to merge them.
Only advise I would give - There are a number of applications that depend upon this library. Breaking the API in big ways probably would not be appreciated by them (or result in forks)
