Sounds like you have not Backed Up your Private Key? Or Keystore+Password?
@pwilks100 i do not understand what you are saying. Your English is so bad that I honestly do not understand you. Neither do you provide any details/context or use correct terminology.
Do you even know what a PrivateKey is? If you access to your PrivateKey then you can use that to access all your Zils, disregarding of wallet software. If you instead only have access to Keystore AND password (you must have access to BOTH the keystore file AND the encryption password that you chose) then that works to.
You can import these secrets into another Zilliqa wallet if Zhip does not function properly on your phone. For example you can use ZilPay or Zillet, or Moonlet.
If you DID NOT backup your PrivateKey (or Keystore file with correct Encryption Password) - then you have lost access to your Zils. Because you did not backup even though you stated that you did when you checked all the checkboxes in Zhip that said that you understood that you had to backup these secrets to a secure location.
