Swift affliction and Vaal Righteous fire

Swift affliction doesn't count as a valid support gem for vaal righteous fire (has duration tag), unless it's supported by lifetap (which is a thing we use to enable SA on regular RF that doesn't have duration tag).

checked myself in game, turns out rf doesn't inherit duration from vaal rf and PoB represents it correctly
