Supply a hint for displayed videos

To prevent confusion, a hint should be provided to the teacher, to explain, which videos are listed in the repository and which are not (and why).
Most importantly, it has to be made clear for the teacher that only the videos of the current course can be selected.

In future versions, (after Opencast-Moodle/moodle-block_opencast#13), the teacher could also be supplied with a description, how to copy videos from other courses.
