Add chroma adjustments around neutrals to matchcolors

Gain, gamma, and offset on chroma channels in YUV should probably support separate values for above and below neutrals.

I've yet to see a use case for this, though, and there usually isn't enough (accurate) data for on chroma channels to go off of, anyway.
