Trying to implement nitro with app built on apex.oracle.com

Issue Description
I was trying to use apex nitro along with an apex app that i created on apex.oracle.com. Unfortunately i wasn't able to complete the setup as i couldn't find the appURL that nitro was looking for .
since i encountered this issue, there are few doubts that i have .
Is it possible to use apex nitro with an app that was created on apex.oracle.com or does apex nitro only work with installations that are local ?
If only local, then i do have another question.
All of the apex our organisation have built are on cloud (our servers and instances). Is there a possibility to connect nitro with them ?

Also since i don't have any errors generated. The only issue i get is this .
The app url is wrong, you should not include anything after he application ID. Change that, and it should work
