Client management: Client can unassign people of his project.

Hey folks,
Client can unassign people of his own project, although he souldnt be able to manage his project at all. Just has to type in "/projects/manage". And he can do pretty much all the project management.
I set the settings to as strict as possible.
Is that a problem of my setup? Or is this more a general addon-problem/bug?
