Page Reloads automatically, also cannot sign out from my account

I have recently installed Orangescrum 1.6.1, Everything goes fine, if i try to sign out from my account afterwards the page reloads itself automatically and it repeats again and again. Browser console shows "VM18730:3 Uncaught ReferenceError: caseCount is not defined" error. how to fix this issue ?
