E-mail not sending when creating new user

While creating a new user, the invite email is not sent to the user

This may be due to SMTP issues.
Please run the following URL to check email is working or not: http://DOMAINNAME/cron/test_email/?to=emailId

Also, it may be due to not configuring SMTP properly.
